ROSEMARY
 (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)

The flowers and leaves of this highly scented herb are used to season and garnish meat,poultry, and fish. Rosemary is also used as an insect repellent.

Rosemary is a symbol of friendship and is traditionally worn at funerals and remembrance services.

Delicate rosemary blooms attract beneficial bees, and are added to soups, stews and oil as a garnish.

Medicinal; headaches,arthritis, depression, nervous tension, poor circulation, dandruff.
Culinary : as flavoring
